From The North: Approaching Middlesbrough on the A19, cross over the River Tees. Turn left onto the A66 Middlesbrough bypass, continuing for 3 miles until the first roundabout. Turn left into Forest Road and the ground is straight ahead.

From The South: Approaching from the South on the M1, exit where signposted to Teeside onto the A19. After 30 miles turn right onto the A66 Middlesbrough bypass. Then as route for north.

From The West: From the A1(M) exit at Junction 57 onto the A66(M), following it until the end, turning onto the A66 for approximately 20 miles, turning left at the roundabout into Forest Road. The ground is straight ahead. Middlesbrough is based in the Cellnet Riverside Stadium in the Middlehaven development area, 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Middlesbrough Station is located on Albert Road, ten minutes walk from the ground.
