City have now confirmed the news we announced a few weeks ago...that there will be a 4 way tournament this year (to celebrate the 120 years of the club) and East Bengal, City's new twin team from India, will be over to compete.

Original rumours mentioned Bocca Juniors and Borussia Dortmund as the other two teams, but it now looks like it may be River Plate and Borussia Dortmund instead.

There'lll be two games on Saturday 31st July and then a final and 3rd/ 4th place game on Sunday 1st August, both at Filbert Way.

East Bengal have just won the Championship again for the second year running, so many congrats from us in Leicester. Messages can be sent to [email protected] to say well done and hi from Leicester. Their Yahoo groups mailing list is growing daily (see East Bengal Soccer Club Supporters Club on yahoo groups) and football is getting pretty big over there. East Bengal can get crowds of 100,000! Let's hope we get to do a pre-season over there soon!
