City
fans will get a third year at the same price when they renew
their season tickets this summer.
The
Club have again decided to freeze prices seeing as we've gone
and got relegated again. It means we'll get 23 games instead
of 19, and for the Kop (£299) that works out at £13
a game.
Some
fans are a bit miffed that normal ticket prices are quite
steep (the same as for watching the likes of Thierry Henry
this season) and that we're all being pushed into opting for
season tickets. A+ games (A+? In the crappy 1st division??Who's
an A+ apart from maybe Leeds?) will be £39 in the West
Stand to watch Micky Evans and David Friio and other big names
(They play for Plymouth, if you're wondering - Ed)
If
the 20,000+ renew their season tickets maybe the club will
do ok...but charging £39 for an adult for, say, the
F"£$%^& game doesn't look like a good way of
filling the stadium to us. Let's hope we're wrong.
Kids
are looked after again though, with U-12s beng able to go
all season for just £59. Kids memberships will also
be FREE next season.
On
the down side there's no cup games included, and no interest
free direct debit. Cos the club can't afford it.
And
they're reviewing adult membership at the moment...we'll wait
to see what they come up with for that.
It'll
no longer be the Nationwide, so it's goodbye to that chant.
We'll be in the Coca-Cola League now, facing the delights
of the Sheepshaggers, Trees and Plymouth (Odds on a Tuesday
night in winter for the away leg?)
Before
the game, Season Ticket holders will be able to drink at the
ground now, with the opening of the 1884 Sports Bar. First
come first served, free entry. Open from 11am - 11pm, above
the Megastore.
