City have got the best legal team they could get out in Spain. The two lawyers, Luis Ruiperez and Ana Ruiperez, are regarded as the best in the country.

A legal team from the UK was expected to join the Spanish lawyers today. They have been working on the case over the weekend.

It is also rumoured that City have employed private detectives to investigate claims that the girls were prostitutes.

On Monday the case passes from the judge in charge so far, Pilar Perez, to a more senior judge, Jacinto Areste, court officials have said.
