Ben
Thatcher has a broken bone in his hand...but intends to carry
on playing.
The
best signing of the season had his hand broken on Saturday
during the Brum game, and boss Micky Adams was worried he
would lose Thatch over the Christmas period.
Adams
told the club's official website: "Ben has been for a
scan on the injury and seen a specialist who says that he
can continue playing if he wears a light cast on his hand.
"That's
what he will do and he should be available for this Saturday's
game at Everton."
Other
injuries are coming along well...Steve Howey is making good
progress from his hamstring injury and Billy McKinlay is recovering
from a groin strain and has been able to do some training
meaning both could be fit for selection on Saturday.
