Leicester
have been charged by the FA because of their disciplinary
records during last season. Birmingham and West Ham will also
be hauled up in front of the authorities to defend themselves.
Reps
of the club will appear before FA disciplinary officials who
will call for an improvement in their players' behaviour next
season. It is being reported that it is likely the clubs will
be given suspended fines which will only be activated next
summer if their disciplinary records remain poor.
The
only problem with this is the fact that Leicester already
had a suspended £25k fine hanging over their heads didn't
they? Odds on them being fined?
Leicester's main culprit's were Gerry Taggart (2 red cards,
7 yellow), Muzzy Izzet (1 red, 11 yellow), Frank Sinclair
(1red, 10 yellow), Callum Davidson (1 red, 5 yellow) and Paul
Dickov (13 yellow).
