Micky
Adams is still hoping to get the go-ahead sooner rather than
later to bring in some loan signings as soon as the club gets
out of administration.
Adams has injury problems mounting up...there are doubts over
Callum Davidson (groin) and Trevor Benjamin (hamstring) for
the Crystal Palace game this coming Saturday. X-rays on Billy
McKinlay's foot have revealed only severe bruising, but he
may not be fit for Saturday.
Brian
Deane (cheekbone) and Andrew Impey (groin) are out for at
least another month.
A
r eport by Jon Dale has Adams as saying,
"Consortium
members have assured me that some funds will be made available
just as soon as we are out of administration, enabling me
to bring in two or three loan players."
"I'm
not going to mention any names but it's not just one position
I'm looking at filling.
"I'm
exploring all avenues which I feel will benefit the squad
and help our promotion challenge."
