As
the sale of Leicester City starts to desend into farce the
administrator has said that he needs to see the money before
he puts a bid before the clubs creditors.
The
demand comes after former City director Gilbert Kinch withdrew
a reported £15million offer for the club yesterday because
no decision was made yesterday, only to retable a new bid
just moments later.
A
spokesman for Dargan (the administrator) told the Mercury
He has received no evidence of funding whatsoever from
the source referred to.
He
understands the fans and managers frustrations
but cannot start to discuss a deal with the creditors until
someone comes forward with cash rather than words.
He
has met with representatives of the Foxes Trust and they are
aware of the position.
A
spokesman for Kinch's group said: The revised bid submitted
last week by the consortium lapsed at 5pm yesterday. However,
following further consultations with its advisors, a new proposal
is being put together and will be submitted to the administrator
shortly.
The
consortium is aware of the pressures being placed on Leicester
City, the players, manager, fans and not least the administrator.
It
is as keen as everyone else to see as speedy a conclusion
as possible to the present situation which it hopes will be
the one that is in the best interests of the club.
We
are tabling a fresh bid soon which will hopefully satisfy
the administrator as to our serious intentions.

us what you think about this in our FFS Fans
