So
the FA chicken out of taking any action against racists and
thugs again.
The
incidents at the Forest game have gone unpunished.
During
the game loads of chocolate bars were thrown at Alan Rogers,
holding up the game, and City fans were subjected to racial
abuse and objects being thrown down onto them and being spat
at.
Despite
many City fans writing in with their experiences and an investigation
taking place, the FA have decided not to take any action,
saying
"Following
an isolated incident during the Nottingham Forest-Leicester
City game on 27 October when some objects were thrown onto
the pitch, we can confirm that The FA has received a full
response to its enquiries from Nottingham Forest."
"The
FA is satisfied with the club's response and the measures
it has subsequently introduced and there will therefore be
no further action."
The
FA has totally failed to acknowledge the treatment of City
fans pelted by stuff from the upper tier and the spitting,
and totally ignored the racism, despite it being "Kick
it out week" and it being well publicised nationally
after the game, including an official complaint from LCFC.
We
want to know what action Forest have taken to ensure this
doesn't happen again...what measures have they introduced?
And
we want to know why The FA are yet again ignoring racism in
the game.
And
why they have the balls to issue the statement about an "isolated"
incident when there was a hell of a lot more going on in that
game that LCFC and individual fans have reported.
How
about the suited morons from the FA coming and sitting with
us and a bunch of Asian City fans next time and seeing how
they like being spat at and pelted with bottles and food as
well as having to put up with racist chants and bananas thrown
onto the pitch.
They've
bottled it. Totally. Again.
Tell us what you think about this in our FFS Fans
Forum.
