Both
managers were not short of praise about Muzzy's spectacular
overhead kick on Saturday at Blundell Park.
The
match winner must surely be in the running for goal of the
season come the end of May, with most reports describing it
as a "wondergoal".
City
boss Micky Adams said
"That
is the sort of quality the boy has got. The goal was breathtaking.
He makes the difference,"
Grimsby
player / manager, Paul Groves said,
"What
can you do about that. All the time I have played here I have
not seen a better goal than that."
Izzet
himself added:
"I
did not really see where it ended up.
"But
it's not a case of how it looked but how important it was
for us as we needed three points after losing at Preston."
