Despite
fears that people would not get season tickets this year due
to relegation and all the extra seats in the new Filbo, City
fans have proved yet again how loyal and brilliant they are,
with MORE season tickets having already been sold than last
year!
Over
11,500 season tickets have gone so far, and people are still
flocking to buy them after seeing the fabulous new stadium
at last week's open days.
With
prices starting at just £3 per game for kids (£79)
and £10 per game for adults (£250) they're an
absolute bargain compared with many clubs even down in the
third division!
The
Club have sensibly priced season tickets to ensure they get
bums on seats without screwing season ticket holders.
But
the tricky bit is actually getting through to buy one. Umpteen
complaints are coming to FFS about how you can't get through
on the new system if you telephone the club.
We
tested it out. We've telephone endlessly for 2 days, faxed,
e-mailed...to no avail, 2 days later we've still not been
able to buy a ticket!
They've
only just moved in and it's all new, so we'll give them a
bit of time, but if anyone else has been having problems let
us know, and we'll
pass comments on to the club via the Fans Forum and Supporters
Clubs.
Tell us what you think about this in our FFS Fans
Forum.
