Leicester
City will meet two on-form teams when they take on FC Kings
and JJK Jyväskylä in Finland this week.
Both
teams have 18 points in the Finnish second division after
ten games and they are joint second in the table at the moment.
JJK Jyväskylä have gone undefeated since May 22nd. The 1-1
draw versus Mikkeli last Thursday was their seventh game in
a row without a defeat. Unfortunately JJK had their biggest
star, Turkish striker Sukru Uzuner injured after only three
minutes.
Also
on the sidelines was young playmaker Pekko Kotamäki, who trained
for five months with the Leicester City Youth Academy teams
last season.
Both
of those players will be fit to meet Leicester on Sunday the
21st. Pekko has good memories of Leicester and is willing
to impress versus his "former club", says JJK chairman Janne
Särkkä. Almost half of the JJK-goals have been scored with
headers this season.
Kings
also have two tall strikers on their books, so Matt Elliott
and others can expect a good old-fashioned aerial battle both
in Kuopio and in Jyväskylä.
