So who's going to be first out of the door this summer? Despite
rumours, Micky Adams has said he still hasn't had any firm
offers other than the £6m bid for Muzzy Izzet from Boro.
Moyes
at Everton has denied any interest in Robbie Savage, who was
today called up for the next Wales game.
Adams
has admitted that there have been some tentative enquiries
about players at last though.
He
said:
"There
have been enquiries about some of the players but as yet there
are still only one definite offer on the table and that is
the £6million bid from Middlesbrough for Muzzy Izzet.
"No-one
else has taken things any further in regards to other players,
but I have no doubt at all that the enquiries will increase
during the summer."
Meanwhile
Micky has been contunuing to take an interest in the mystery
French midfielder, including flying out there this week to
watch him. The player is available on a Bosman this summer
but Micky is staying tight lipped to try and stop any other
clubs gazumping him.
Also
on trial at City this week, and appearing for the reserves
tonight, will be Paul Murphy, age 16, a Leeds Utd youngster.
