The club's awards night was held last night, and Sav picked
up Player of the Year again.
Sav
had said in the programme notes this weekend that he didn't
expect to hold on to it, and fans certainly don't seem to
think like the sponsors. FFS's player of the season certainly
won't be Sav.
The
players seem to have got it much closer with their own award
going to Frank Sinclair who has had a pretty damn good season.
The Norwegian Supporter's Club have already given their award
to Frankie.
He
really should have been in the running for goal of the season
as well though surely?!
So
who got what then...
Player
Of The Season - Robbie Savage
Goal Of The Season - James Scowcroft (vs. Leeds Utd
at Elland Road)
Save Of The Season - Ian Walker (vs.Blackburn at Filbert
Street)
Team Performance Of The Season - Vs. Derby at Pride
Park
Away Player Of The Season - Robbie Savage
Young Player Of The Season - Matthew Piper
Most Improved Player Of The Season - Matthew Piper
Player's Player Of The Season - Frank Sinclair
It's
highly unlikely Sav will hold the award for three years on
the trot...the tabloids have him again linked with West Ham
today as well as Celtic and Rangers.
Tell us what you think about this in our FFS Fans
Forum.
