Bradford City have confirmed that Arnar Gunnlaugsson is discussing a severance package with City and hopes to sign for the Bantams.

Bradford are also trying to sign Danny Cadamarteri from Everton.

Speaking to local paper,Chairman Geoffrey Richmond said,

"Both players are negotiating with their respective clubs a termination of their contracts.

"Assuming those talks are successful, both are then prepared and happy to sign with us to the end of the season with a view to it becoming permanent."
