City youngster, Damien Delaney, is back at Leicester after a 3 month loan spell at struggling Stockport.

He scored his first goal for them in a 3-2 defeat last week against Rotherham.

Stockport boss, Carlton Palmer labelled him a "great prospect".

Bassett has said that he may get a chance to prove himself at City with all our current injury problems if he gets his head down and works hard.

Damien will be going off to Portugal with the rest of the squad this week. Bit better than rainy Stockport.
