FFS was told by a City fan on Saturday that Dave Bassett is to be Director of Football at Leicester when Mickey Adams takes over as manager as planned sometime in the future.

Whether there is any truth in this remains to be seen, but at the rate we're going, it may be sooner rather than later!

Do we need a Director of Football? Do they add value or is it just another wage bill we won't be able to afford in the Nationwide?
