According
to several of today's newspapers, George Graham could be so
interested in taking up the vacant managers post at Filbert
Street that he is ready to drop his £1 Million compensation
claim against Spurs.
Since
being sacked as Spurs manager by new owners ENIC late last
season, Graham has been seeking around £1 Million in
compensation which means that until it is sorted out he would
find it difficult to accept another managerial post.
It
now appears though that Graham could take up the hot seat
at Filbo IF he decided to drop legal action.
Grahams
agent Steve Kutner revealed, "George is interested in
any club that has ambitions as high as his."
A
move to Filbert Street for George Graham could be beneficial
to both Leicester and George with City getting a proven manager
who has a high reputation of steadying the ship as proved
at both Leeds and Tottenham. Meanwhile Graham would get the
chance to become a virtual God at Filbert Street if he managed
to turn City's fortunes around. The chance to take City into
their new era at the new stadium is also a chance that Graham
must relish.
