Matt
Heath has been given a new contract by Peter Taylor, extending
his time at the club until June 2003.
Now
we all take the mickey out of PT for saying someone is one
for the future, but Matt Heath most certainly is.
FFS
watched him in every pre-season he played and he was awesome.
He is our next Matt Elliott and quite frankly probably deserves
a run out now, the way Elliott is playing.
Strong,
tall. calm, composed, skillful and a leader. Heath (Squad
No 28) has been the captain of the reserve team recently and
looks mature and ready at 20 years of age.
Matt
is a Leicester born lad who has come through the academy.
The
sooner he gets off the subs bench and given a chance the better.
