Leicester
City have placed goalkeeper Tim Flowers on the transfer list
by mutual consent.
The
decision is apparently an amicable one with Tim saying at
this stage in his career he wants first team
football for as long as possible.
The
official site reports that they "have reached an amicable
agreement to allow him to leave Filbert Street if a suitable
offer is received."
The
34 year old has played second fiddle to new signing Ian Walker
in the last two games, and is always out with injuries and
arthritis!
Tim
said "I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here and it will
be a wrench to leave. The manager has been great, my team-mates
have been great and the fans have been great."
No
Tim, it's you that's been great. A bargain at £1.1m
from Blackburn two years ago. The best goalie in the Prem
for some time and a thoroughly bloody great bloke too. We'll
miss you and wish you well in whatever you do. We'll be sorry
to see you go.

us what you think about this in the Fans
Forum.
