There is a distressing article in some of today's papers concerning Robbie Savage and a possible move up North to Newcastle United!

It is reported that Savage has been a target of Toon manager Bobby Robson for some time and he hopes that a 5 Million offer will be enough to lure the flamboyant midfielder up North.

Robson apparently sees Savage as the ideal replacement for Nolberto Solano who is due to leave St James Park this week.

Forfoxsake finds it hard to believe that even Peter Taylor, clueless as he is, would even attempt to let Robbie Savage leave the club given his current predicament. If Savage was allowed to leave then it would surly anger more fans than it would delight and could spell the start of a very troublesome time for City's bard of directors.

FFS is praying that this story is just made up paper bollox.
