City
boss Peter Taylor, speaking after today's 4-0 defeat against
Arsenal, insists that City can bounce back. Taylor now has
2 weeks to get it right before City play Ipswich in what could
possibly be his last game in charge of Leicester.
Taylor
said, "Off the ball I think the players worked as hard
as they possibly could, they did everything to get a result.
"But
on the ball players could have been a bit more confident.
We were always chasing the ball and it was too hot for us
to do that - especially if you're lacking in confidence.
"We're
much better than what we've shown in the last two games. Unfortunately
you can't come to places like Arsenal and have an off day,
because you get punished.
"I
honestly feel that with the squad we have here, when all fit
and well, we will turn it round. But it's been a very difficult
start.
"We've
got another two weeks until our next game, which will not
suit the players. But I think we need the break - we need
to pull together on the training ground and work hard to turn
things around."
