After
last weekends "performance" against Bolton it was
no surprise to FFS to start hearing the rumours concerning
George Graham and the possibility of him being brought into
manage the team while Taylor continued to use his vast coaching
experience at the training ground.
These
rumours are nothing new, they were first started late last
season when City's poor run first started.
Now
while FFS usually reports all of the rumour and general speculation
that we can get our hands on this rumour was sooooo old that
it didn't seem worth it. So we didn't bother. But it is a
rumour that just wont go away.
Several
"sources" insist that Graham is on standby, ready
to be brought in should Taylor fail to secure a win within
a certain amount of games. Some say that he has already been
sounded out and contacted. Just yesterday one of our completely
inconsistent rumour suppliers instead that George was in the
City to talk about his possible contract or even to sign one.
Personally
this all seems a little far fetched to me. But these rumours
just wont die. Much like the Neil Lennon, Emile Heskey and
Martin O'Neill rumours before, there is no smoke without fire.
