City
defender Frank Sinclair has spoken out over City's humiliating
5-0 defeat against Bolton at the weekend and in particular
singled out certain sections of fans who booed the team at
both half and full time.
"I was disappointed with the fans." Said Sinclair,
"If you go 2-0 down, after the spirit we showed last
season, you don' t expect them to be booing.
"It's
not the end of the world. We are only three points from the
top!"
Mad
Frank went onto assure us that despite what the fans and press
might think, Taylor has the full support of his squad.
'We
are 100 per cent behind him. People were talking about Peter
Taylor for England last year and he hasn't changed as a manager.
There were a few home truths in the dressing room and that
had to be done. There are a lot of people who know they haven't
done their job.'
The
fact though still remains that City's many loyal fans were
deeply shocked and upset about the weekends result with one
of the only saving graces being the fact that things can surly
only get better! I mean what's the chance of getting a thumping
at Arsenal aswell hey?
Are
City's fans right to boo the team? After all they do pay their
money. Or does it not help and we should get behind the lads
100% of the time no matter what happens? Tell us your views
in the Fans
Forum.
