Today's News of the World has put the cat amongst the pigeons.

They are claiming that Matt Elliott, contrary to the positive stories from Taylor this week, has refused to sign a new contract with City.

They then imply, of course, that this could pave the way for a move to, guess who... yup, Celtic.

The paper reports that Elliott said,

"The way things stand I won't be signing a new contract.

"They have offered me a new deal but it's entirely unacceptable.

"The new contract didn't reflect the value the club put on me or my apparent importance to them."

Are you all as f***ing fed up of this as us now? Who's to blame...the media or the players?

If Elliott wants to go to Celtic, then tell him to bugger off up there. If not, then tell them publicly to bugger off. It aint hard is it?
