Is highly rated Wigan shot stopper Roy Carroll finally about to sign for Leicester?

Leicester have been linked to him several times throughout the season, and it was expected he would sign during the summer. Several websites are claiming it will be any time now.

Leicester were apparently due to tie up the deal on transfer deadline day but Bruce Rioch wanted to hold onto his Northern Ireland international for their promotion push.

Then there was the fuss over five of the Irish team getting arrested last week which could also have held the deal up!
