With
the play offs just around the corner you may notice that some
City fans get all misty eyed when you talk about them. It's
no wonder really when you consider just how much we went through
while involved in them ourselves.
Thankfully
though, for now at least, City don't have to worry about things
like that, but it still hasn't stopped Skysports.com including
a City match in their 10 of the best play offs.
The
game they have included, which weighs in at number 4 in the
list, is the game against Glenn Hoddles Swindon way back in
1993. City eventually lost the game 4-3 after an amazing fight
back. Just after half time City had found themselves 3-0 down
with them being wrote off, that is until Joachim, Walsh and
Thompson cored the three equalising goals that City needed
to get them back into the tie.
Alas
it was not meant to be and a hugely controversial penalty
scored by Paul Bodin was enough to send Swindon in to the
top flight and leave City fans gob smacked
But
is that the best ever game that City have played at Wembley?
Were divided here at FFS Towers and we want to know you think.
