With
the shock departure of coaching duo Harry Redknapp and Frank
Lampard senior at West Ham it now appears that Frank Lampard
junior (Son of Frank Snr and nephew of Harry) has decided
that he will not play for West Ham ever again and is thought
to be ready to ask for a transfer.
But
as the fall out stretches far and wide you just be wondering
what that has got to do with us?
Well
if you cast your mind back to the rumours of Muzzy Izzet supposedly
being a West Ham target then you might begin to see what we
are getting at.
FFS
has been told that all the pieces could be coming into place
for West Ham to replace Lampard with Izzet and that may just
suit both players down to the ground.
Everyone
know that Izzet is a West Ham lad and has supported them since
he was a small boy. Any opportunity that he would have to
play for them would be seriously considered by him and his
advisers. He has admitted though that he doesn't think City
will let him go and Taylor reiterated that the other day when
he told reporters that he had learnt the lessons of Lennon.
A reference to when Neil Lennon left the club for Celtic,
a team that he had supported since being a child.
So
where does all this leave us, the fans? With about as much
certainty of City starting next season with Muzzy as we had
last season of starting it with Martin O'Neill. And you all
remember what happened there eh!
