Over
the last few weeks and especially last weekend after they
were relegated, City have been continually linked with a move
for Coventry's John Hartson.
The
papers insisted that if Coventry were to be relegated, which
they now are, then 'Boro, Derby and City would all be in a
scrap to get him to sign on the dotted line.
Hartson's
agent though was quick to scotch those rumours.
He
said, "John has no get out clause and in any case he
has formed an excellent relationship with manager Gordon Strachan.
"Whatever Coventry tell John to do is exactly what he
will do."
FFS does know from the past that agents will say anything
if it interferes with their 12 O'clock "Stress management"
session with their secretary and thus is keeping an eye on
developments.
