Matthew Jones was unable to travel to La Manga with Robbie Savage and the Welsh squad this week...he didn't have a passport!

He apparently didn't realise until the day before he was due to go that his agent had sent it off to be renewed!

Then he forgot his Welsh suit, not that it mattered, as the Spanish refused to allow him to go anyway.

This came on top of him having a miserable time stuck in a hotel since his signing from Leeds and being dropped by Taylor.

Let's hope that now he has his own house (and hopefully soon a passport!) he can pick himself up and start to show the brilliance he showed in his first game for us.
